Classification of soda tail gas absorber

Tail gas absorption tower is the equipment to realize absorption operation. According to the contact form of gas-liquid phase, it can be divided into three types.

One is plate tower, bubbling absorption tower and stirring bubbling absorption tower in which gas is dispersed in liquid phase in the form of bubble;

The two type is the ejector, venturi tube and spray tower dispersed by liquid in the gas phase.

The three types are packed absorption tower and falling film absorption tower, in which the liquid moves in membrane form and contacts with the gas phase.
